The state’s Chief Education Office has released results of the Teaching, Empowering, Leading and Learning (TELL) Oregon survey, based on responses from more than 18,200 teachers and administrators.
The survey asks a variety of questions about teaching conditions, instructional practices and opportunities for professional development. Results are available statewide, by district, and for some school sites.
The education office worked with a number of educational partners, including OSBA, to solicit responses from educators this spring. This was the second such survey; the first was conducted in 2014.
