Salary and benefit information for 2010-2011

For over 30 years OSBA has compiled information regarding teacher salaries and related benefits.  In February, each district receives a complete report of the current year's data.  The reports below represent snapshots of the most recently collected information.

Salary - April 1, 2010 - October 27, 2010

Immediate access to all reported information, including all salary columns and extra-duty pay, is available to subscribers of the OSBA's School Personnel Online Tools (SPOT) and Salary and Benefit Analyzer (SaBa) services.

Three-year comparisons

• Average teacher salaries - breakdown of average teacher salaries.
• Calendar and workdays - minimums, maximums and averages for number of teacher contract days, inservice days, paid holidays and student contact days.
• Increases to base salaries - a breakdown of increases to the BA Step 0 teacher salary schedule.
• Insurance contributions - the lowest, highest and average insurance contributions for teachers.
• Salary schedule descriptions - the highest and lowest teacher salaries for the most common columns on a teacher salary schedule.
• Terms of contracts - a breakdown of the lengths of teacher collective bargaining agreements.
• Who pays the PERS - a comparison of the districts and ESDs who pay the 6% employee PERS "pick-up."
