Therese Holmstrom joined OSBA in April 2016. As a pre-loss attorney, Therese provides legal advice and litigation services to member school districts, education service districts, charter schools and community colleges.
Prior to joining OSBA, Therese practiced at Reinisch Wilson Weier, where she represented employers in workers’ compensation matters, and most recently at Saalfeld Griggs in Salem, where she practiced management side employment law and general business litigation.
Therese holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography from the University of Texas at Austin and a Juris Doctorate from Willamette University College of Law. Prior to law school, Therese worked in human resources for a grocery co-op in Austin, Texas.
Therese is admitted to practice law in all Oregon state and federal courts. She belongs to several professional organizations, including the Salem Human Resource Management Association, the Federal Bar Association, the Marion County Bar Association, and Oregon Women Lawyers.
