Ron Wilson has been with OSBA since 1988 and served most recently as Associate Executive Director. He retired officially in July 2007, but still continues to work part-time as the Director of Special Projects. He has over 31 years experience in public sector negotiations in school districts, community colleges, cities, counties, and state levels. 

Ron also is the Executive Director for the North American Association of Educational Negotiators. NAEN is an international professional association of management negotiators representing school districts, community colleges, and universities in the United States and Canada. With 450 members across the continent, the association activities are quite varied and encompass training, networking, consultation, program planning, and crisis intervention in all areas of negotiations.
