Peggy Stock joined OSBA in 2011 as a Labor and Employment Consultant. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University at Sacramento and a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership. She also holds an Initial Administrators License from the University of Oregon.

Peggy taught primary grades for five years, and worked another five years as a teacher at the middle school level. During her final year as a teacher, she served as a mentor to first- and second-year teachers in four school districts across grades K-12, working in Special Education, Life Skills, Music, and English Language Learner programs. While teaching, Peggy served as the president and bargaining spokesperson for her licensed association, successfully negotiating five collective bargaining agreements.

Immediately before joining OSBA, Peggy administered a district-sponsored charter school. She now represents school districts in all aspects of licensed and classified negotiations and executive searches.
