Kathy Knock has a Bachelor's of Science degree in Technical Journalism from Oregon State University. She is a certified netware administrator and is certified as Microsoft Office User Specialist in Excel and Powerpoint. She manages the association's computer network which includes preparing and carrying out the association technology plan, identifying computer problems and resolving them, documenting association programs and processes, training staff on computer programs and applications and researching and making recommendations for new programs and equipment. Kathy is also responsible for developing the salary costing model software that OSBA offers districts.
