On September 22nd, Steve Kelley and Kristen Miles from OSBA offered a free lunchtime webinar on all things dealing with the Role of the Board Chair. She presented topics including typical duties of the chair, communication with the board and public, the relationship with the superintendent, and building a meeting agenda and running a meeting.
