Regional School Board Equity Team
The Multnomah Education Service District board began to expand its understanding of equity, inclusion and diversity in 2017 with an internal focus, then it reached out to regional school boards. The Multnomah region now has a Regional School Board Equity Team and an equity plan. The team, which includes active members from eight school boards, is working to implement the equity plan. Learn how we got here and how you could do the same.
