Virtual Summer Conferences 2021: Exhibitor Registration

Thank you for your interest in being an exhibitor at OSBA's 2021 Virtual Summer Conferences!
Each exhibitor will have a virtual company listing within the conference website (hosted on the CVENT platform). Attendees will be able to view your information (including website links and a recorded video, if you choose) within your exhibitor listing. Your company logo will also be displayed in the rotator on the event homepage. The exhibitor listings will be viewable by attendees of all four Virtual Summer Conferences. The cost for the virtual exhibitor listing and homepage logo display is $200.
There are additional sponsorship options available to increase your visibility:
- Lunch Program Sponsor ($150 for all three lunch programs) SOLD
- Conference Workshops Sponsor ($50 for half-day, $100 for full day)
How to register:
Exhibitor registration is CLOSED.
The deadline to register is May 31, 2021.
Payment is due within 14 days of receiving your exhibitor registration confirmation e-mail. You may forfeit your virtual listing/advertising if payment is not made within 14 days.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to OSBA. Virtual listing and sponsorship costs are refundable BEFORE June 11, 2021.

Friday, July 9, 2021: School Board Essentials Conference
This conference is intended for new board members and superintendents. Experienced board members, superintendents and charter school directors are also encouraged to participate and learn how to support new board members during their first six months.
Saturday, July 10, 2021: Empowering Youth Voices Conference
This adult- and student-led conference with REAP, a local multicultural youth leadership nonprofit organization, will prepare boards to expand their engagement efforts with students and the community. Attendees will learn how to start and maintain effective engagement meaningfully with the community as partners.
Friday, July 23, 2021: Board Leadership and Administrative Professionals Workshop
This partial-day event is intended for administrative professionals and those in board leadership roles such as the board chair, vice chair and superintendent. Discover how these roles intersect and best practices for supporting each other with processes such as archiving board agendas and minutes, and public meeting laws.
Saturday, July 24, 2021: Raising the Equity Question Conference
This conference is intended to help boards “raise the equity question.” The Rev. Bryant Marks will provide a refresher on implicit bias, provide guidance on how to start tough educational equity conversations around diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and focus on personal versus organizational equity issues and lenses.
