OSBA Board of Directors Meeting

A special meeting of the Oregon School Boards Association Board of Directors will be held Saturday, January 7, 2012, beginning at 8:00 am at Local Government Center, 1201 Court Street, Salem, Oregon 97301.

The Board of Directors will meet in executive session under ORS 192.660(2)(f) for the purpose of considering information and records exempt by law from public inspection.

The Board of Directors may also meet in executive session under ORS 192.660(2)(b) to consider discipline or dismissal of staff member(s) who do not request open hearing.

If staff member(s) request open hearing, this portion of the meeting will be held in public session at the end of the executive session. The board may return to open session at the end of the executive session for action. It may also reconvene in executive session for the pupose(s) identified above.
