The board will meet in the Heritage and Landmark Rooms to review the operations of the organization, set goals, revise policies, review and evaluate the employment-related performance of the executive director in executive session pursuant to ORS 192.660(2)(i), set the salary of the executive director and renew his employment agreement, review and discuss a board self-evaluation instrument, and receive training and information related to online learning and equity.  [Download agenda]
