A continental breakfast and boxed lunch will be provided.
The cost for the two day training is $325 and includes training handbook. The first 10 registrations per district are $325 each, additional registrations are $275 each. Cancellations not made made within 14 days of the training are charged the full price. Deadline to register is January 2, 2013.
