Register to be an exhibitor!

Thank you for your interest in being an exhibitor at OSBA's 2022 Annual Convention in Portland, Oregon!

This year the 2022 OSBA Annual Convention will be held at the Portland Marriott Downtown Waterfront Hotel and accommodate up to 800 attendees, including school board members, superintendents, charter school directors, and community college presidents.

Click here to view the exhibitor floor map. On the exhibitor registration form you will select your first, second, and third preference for booth number and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

There are many additional sponsorship options available to increase your visibility. You will need to see the registration form (accessed through the Survey Monkey survey) for a complete description of each sponsorship opportunity.

Exhibitor booths are to be staffed from 5:00-7:00p.m. on Thursday, November 10 (during the opening reception), and from 7:00a.m-4:00p.m. on Friday, November 11.

How to register:

Registration for all exhibitor and sponsorship opportunities will open on Thursday, July 14 at 9:00 am. You will find the link to the exhibitor registration form at the bottom of this page at that time.

Payment:

An invoice will be sent to you shortly after you receive your registration confirmation e-mail. Confirmation emails are not sent automatically; please be patient as we work through each registration. Payment is due within 14 days of receiving your exhibitor registration confirmation e-mail. You may forfeit your booth/advertising if payment is not made within 14 days.

If you need to remit payment by credit card, e-mail Vicky Black at vblack@osba.org with your invoice number to arrange a time to pay by phone.

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to OSBA. Booth fees and advertising costs are refundable until September 9, 2022. No refunds will be issued after September 9, 2022.

Meals:

Continental breakfast on Friday morning is included with your exhibitor registration. Tickets for Friday lunch must be purchased in advance through the Exhibitor Registration Form via SurveyMonkey. Friday lunch tickets are $62.50 each. If you require any vegetarian or vegan meals, please indicate this on your Exhibitor Registration Form. We cannot guarantee the availability of vegetarian/vegan meals if not requested in advance of the event.

Hotels:

Book accommodations directly with hotels. OSBA room blocks will open in September 2022 and links will be posted at: www.osba.org/ac
