Thank you for your interest in being an exhibitor at OSBA's 2021 Annual Convention in Salem, Oregon!
This year the 2021 OSBA Annual Convention will be held at the Salem Convention Center and accommodate up to 350 attendees, including school board members, superintendents, charter school directors, and community college presidents. Booth costs for this event are $600 and include a 10-foot table, chairs, table linens, electrical, and breakfast on Friday morning. Each table will be distanced at least six feet from any other table. Booths are arranged on both the first and second floors of the Convention Center.

There are additional sponsorship options available to increase your visibility:
- Mobile app splash screen ad ($500 - one ad available) - The splash screen is the first image attendees see when they open the Convention app, which will house the conference program/agenda. Click here to see what this would look like!
- Conference day sponsorship ($600 each - two opportunities available) Only 1 left!

Exhibitor booths are to be staffed from 5:00-7:00p.m. on Thursday, November 11 (during the opening reception), and from 7:00a.m-4:00p.m. on Friday, November 12.
How to register:
All exhibitor booths have been sold. Sponsorship / advertising opportunities are still available.

Payment:
An invoice will be sent to you shortly after you receive your registration confirmation e-mail. Payment is due within 14 days of receiving your exhibitor registration confirmation e-mail. You may forfeit your booth/advertising if payment is not made within 14 days.

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to OSBA. Booth fees and advertising costs are refundable until September 9, 2021. No refunds will be issued after September 9, 2021.
Meals:
Breakfast on Friday morning is included with your exhibitor registration and will be served to you at your booth. Tickets for Friday lunch must be purchased in advance through the Exhibitor Registration Form via SurveyMonkey. Friday lunch tickets are $35 each. If you require any vegetarian or vegan meals, please indicate this on your Exhibitor Registration Form. We cannot guarantee the availability of vegetarian/vegan meals if not requested in advance of the event.
Hotels:
Book accommodations directly with hotels. OSBA room blocks will open in September 2021 and links will be posted at: www.osba.org/ac
Parking:
Parking will be limited so please view the Salem Convention Center Parking Map (PDF) to see available parking options. Be sure to inform the parking attendant that you are there as an exhibitor for OSBA's Annual Convention.
Loading/Unloading: exhibitors may use the Salem Convention Center portes-cochère for loading and unloading. This area is highlighted in red on the Exhibitor Loading Zone Map.
