Banquet highlights:
Earl C. Rickman III NSBA President |
Team Work, Dream Work. Together We Can. Join friends and colleagues for a special evening honoring all of Oregon's education board members. This year's banquet features NSBA President Earl C. Rickman III delivering his message on the importance of local boards working cooperatively with state and national leaders. The evening also includes Leadership Institute awards and recognition of other board-member achievements, outstanding student entertainment from the Douglas High School Jazz Band (Winston-Dillard SD) and Alberta Rider Elementary School Zomba! (Tigard-TualatinSD). Tom Hewitt returns as Master of Ceremonies. Tom had the audience rolling in the aisles last year with his insight into the minds of today’s middle school students. Don’t miss out again on Tom’s hilarious review of the life of a middle school teacher in today’s classroom. |
