Rachel Baker

Rachel Baker came to OSBA in June 2014, bringing over four years of experience in marketing, advertising, public relations and social media.

Over the past ten years, Rachel has worked with diverse groups of students by teaching English in multiple countries, tutoring ELL students with the Beaverton School District, and volunteering in bilingual schools abroad. Her interests outside of work include cooking, hiking and gardening.

Rachel’s educational background includes an AA from Portland Community College, a BS in communication studies from Portland State University, and a MS in strategic communication from the University of Oregon.
