We're expecting a grand turnout for our Annual Convention and we invite you to share the excitement by exhibiting at our show!

Thank you for taking the time to read this information about our upcoming exhibition, held in conjunction with OSBA’s annual convention. This is an excellent opportunity for your business to meet school decision-makers. Close to 900 board members, superintendents and other staff attend our conference looking for new ideas, services and money-saving techniques to take back to their school districts, education service districts, community colleges and charter schools. No other event in Oregon offers your company this level of exposure to board members, the people ultimately responsible for decisions in their local schools.

By hosting this exhibition, OSBA provides visibility for your company. We have tailored the schedule to make the most of your time, increasing the time attendees have to visit with you and adding new activities to draw attendees into the exhibition.

Also, please consider OSBA's sponsorship and advertising opportunities. Advertising in the convention program or on other items increases your exposure and gives you another opportunity to convey your message.

We appreciate the support you provide Oregon schools and want to give you the opportunity to connect with decision-makers. Your support helps OSBA offer school board members the training they need to improve student achievement and save public money.

For our most committed exhibitors, our President’s Circle recognition provides an added layer of exposure. If your company has exhibited for five or more consecutive years, you are automatically a member of the circle and receive recognition in our program and on our Web site.

There is no official deadline date for reserving booth space. However, to be included in the OSBA convention program, your registration form and payment must be received no later than October 2, 2009.
